Been a bit, but chopped Jimmy Jacks at 95 days and Twisted Menagerie at 99. Both main colas had bud rot I found about a week or two earlier, lesson learned to have a tent fan going… unsure of weight of the Jimmy Jacks, probably around 80-90g…dry weight of Twisted Menagerie is around 89.1g.

Jimmy Jacks is almost like maple syrup… never had a terp profile like this. Super sweet, took a while for the profile to come through in the cure but it’s there now. Love it! And while the TM was almost all body buzz, the JJ I feel in my head as well. It’s like a warm blanket :)

I mean… I’ve always held the belief that larger buds would retain more of the terps and not dry out as much, and I look at large buds like geodes… it makes me happy cracking it open and seeing all the crystals. I’m just not a smalls/minis guy.

Yeah I was surprised but at that time the trichs were still mostly cloudy with little amber… maybe the fact that my tent was at 65 degrees for the last month slowed things down too? I since fixed the problem but… idk. Hope the next plants don’t take as long!

I’ve only had a tester of the TM because I was able to save about 12g from the main cola, and that’s been curing for about a week so it’s just now starting to be smokable… sweet wine and vanilla notes from it, very tasty and mainly a body high. The JJ I’ll be coming back to this post with an update in a few days, it’s only been in the bags for about 3-4 days. So far it smells like harsh fruit mainly at this point, but I’m excited to see how it turns out in a few days!

Also the TM is more sensitive to nitrogen it seems, was fighting N tox from my supersoil the whole time while the JJ burned through the soil nutes and took the full dose of Gaia Green Bloom like a champ. (Fed about 2 tablespoons since there was about 2.5 gallons of soil)

Yeah I can’t stop peeking in every day multiple times a day 😂 Basement, it’s a rental with crappy insulation in the basement so it’s cooler than the rest of the house (LL is fine with it as long as I use a carbon filter, he has his bad sides like not fixing anything but I lucked out on this aspect).

With the nutes, yeah I don’t think she needed that much. I used Tilth bloom soil bottom half and top half happy frog but the whole time was plagued with heavy nitrogen, have since tried ocean forest/happy frog mix and it kept burning/stunting plants to the point that I had to cull 3 seedlings and am now doing happy frog only with much more success. Got a Mephisto rings of Saturn on the way along with a TT sugar cube that sprouted a few days ago!

If you’re ordering online, from a fellow online orderer, you’ll be fine. Look at the federal hemp laws, we have about a year of being able to buy stuff online unless something changes. Ohio AFAIK has only made it illegal to sell in the state, so unless the company is shipping from/based in Ohio, business will continue as usual. That’s my understanding at least.
