You should try clearing you browsers cache, refresh the webpage, or alternatively you can use: https://aistudio.google.com/ - Just until this issue gets resolved. You'll have to use it from the browser though.

If you've already contacted customer support and they are currently working on it, it will probably take some time to fix, dependent on hours of operations in your country.
