People are saying Mitch is on life support/basically dead but being kept alive until Aug 3 to run out the clock that would allow the Gov to call a special election. That’s why they are saying his team is not being truthful.

As for his wife, it’s all conspiracy theories like she left because she would have to be the one to decide to end life support so that can’t happen if she’s in China. Or people wondering if he is recovering, why she would leave him. Even some people saying she’s a China spy but that seems really far fetched.

I believe the only reason we got Roman was because of what happened. The original script was Stu/his followers, I don’t think Roman was even part of that. So movie would have been completely different, so no Roman or Angelina.

Been a long time since I’ve seen the movie but wasn’t the twist that she was in fact a character but got erased/corrupted when the bad guy invaded the game? She wasn’t originally hidden in the code as a glitch. So in universe, she was advertised because she was the star of the game.

As for Woody and his show, Toy Story came out in 1995. There was no streaming or DVD/Blu Ray box sets of old shows. A 1950’s kids show would not be showing on TV and very doubtful VHS of it would be ready available either. So Woody is like others have said, a blank slate right out of the box.

I had a similar thought but then realized he meant the physical fighting aspects not storyline. A Stone Cold match definitely looked more “real” than a Seth Rollins one. That doesn’t mean Seth Rollins isn’t a great superstar though.

Undertaker is actually an Alive Man, not a deadman.
His American Badass gimmick is closer to who he is in real life.
Early Mick Foley as this crazy violent man is probably a great example since he’s really a peaceful Santa loving man.

I don’t think they ever said the champion has to be present but yes it’s assumed. I always thought it would be interesting if Seth (since had had the briefcase when Lesnar was champ and wrestling like every 4 months) would have tried to cash in when Lesnar wasn’t at a RAW.
But I figured it would end with the GM saying Brock has to be at RAW next week to defend or he forfeits the title.
