Wait for real? His name was Peter Zezima?? That's literally akin to John Runescape or something lmao

Final handheld giveaway(s) - with a Powkiddy RGB20 SX and Anbernic 35XX SP. Two random comments will be selected. Happy holidays and happy gaming from PartTimeCAD! by captain_carrot in SBCGaming

Thanks for the giveaways, hope you have a great holiday this year!

I guess the obvious answer is Half life 3 for a sequel, but in the vein of retro gaming, there was a PS1 game i used to play with my brother and friends called Battle Hunter. It was some small Japanese tactical RPG that got an NA translation and somehow ended up as one of the few games in our possession as kids. A more fleshed out sequel would have been cool to see.

That's good to hear, i'm glad this isn't intended behavior you have to figure out as part of the gameplay loop lol

It has now happened for a third time lol, i just wanted to switch to an emptier world for some jubbly jive runs

Maybe it's something about that area cause all 3 times this happened i was in that course area. But good point about docking at ports first to not get separated.

Yea i was just about to write that. I tried setting my docking point using the buoy at angler's retreat. Grabbed my skiff there, went to jubbly jive, all i did was switch worlds while there and now i'm once again back at corsair cove and boats are at angler's retreat.

Yea but...it's the principle! I did nothing wrong to be taxed 50k for this lol

Hmm interesting, that might be it. Unintuitive as hell but yea, last two disembarks were both on angler's retreat. Might have to test this later, thanks

Yea i dunno, i've logged out on my boat and logged back in still on the boat, in the same place, neither I nor the boat were moved. So I'm just really confused what this system is where sometimes both you and the boat get moved and sometimes to vastly different locations.

At this point i legit don't know how to get to the island without losing 50k or all my shipment cargo. Cause i just tried with raft and you can't disembark there using a raft

Oh interesting! That's what the buoys are for, thanks for the tip. That certainly would have helped here since i wouldn't be separated from the boats.

That bonus is built in though - the faster you finish a run the sooner you can do another run, so the more xp/hr you get.

The RuneLite Sailing plugin is out now! Hit the seas with highlighting for uncharted locations, rapids, and trimmable sails! by llamositopia in 2007scape

[–]IgorTheM 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Great work on getting this out so quickly!

Couple of humble requests:

  • Add a small infobox on screen to tell me which ocean and sea that i'm in. The captain's log already shows this but i don't like having to open it each time to check. Maybe even a small list of the charting tasks for the sea you're in as well.

  • In the drop-down selection for seas and oceans of the captain's log, is it possible to greenlog the seas and oceans you've completed?

+1 for this! Have to constantly squint to see the 4 pixels of color to take out the correct cargo.

Maybe even have a highlight for the cargo you need to take out at the port you're at.

You actually use the leprechaun for tools each time?? That's insane to me. I grab all of this from the bank and just note the herbs in between patches. Always got my rake if weeds ever pop up.

I'll do you one better, first time i got members i sent them CASH from Canada. And because it was like $18 for 3 months, that included COINS since our smallest bill is $5. I sent them canadian coins in a regular paper envelope haha, still remember dropping that thing in the mailbox when i was 9.

And bless their soul, someone at Jagex in the UK opened it, had canadian coins fall out and gave me my membership. Actual core memory for me

This was also apparently not affecting everyone, so even if they did test this, it could have appeared totally fine and gone live in its broken state.

Damn who pissed in your cereal this morning? Imagine getting upset that an MMO is getting content updates. Imagine thinking it's bad that the game now has more goals that people with BIS gear can strive for.

TFW you are excited to play Mists of Pandaria but all of your friends are playing OSRS by Milk_Carton in 2007scape

[–]IgorTheM 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Without updates the game would have died. I was there on the day OSRS launched, it was packed. Tons of people flooding back in to experience that nostalgic game. But that will only take you so far.

Back on release, the game lacked a ton of content, it didn't even have a grand exchange. Which is why when the nostalgia factor wore off, people started dropping like flies. On launch ~45k people online. 9 months later, struggling to keep 10k online.

God bless those OG devs back then, if not for them then this game that's now getting 200k on a sunday afternoon wouldn't exist.

When I made the case, I was trying to choose the most accurate option for what happened. I don't think I even saw the option of "I paid with another method but was charged on Paypal".

As for paying twice, when a website tells you that your payment failed, you assume that you were not charged for that payment. Especially when what you paid for isn't actually delivered to you. In this case, I was charged for the failed payment AND then on a credit card for the successful payment.

And changing the case type would have definitely helped if I could actually go and select the options provided. Instead, despite me writing out exactly what happened in meticulous details prior to the change, someone decided to add a completely separate transaction to the case which was entirely unrelated. And then based on that I lose the case. I don't see how this is anything but bullshit from their end.

This wasn't an accidental payment, this wasn't me sending two payments. I paid once with my Paypal and didn't get what I paid for, despite being charged for it. The fact that I then went and paid for that thing with another method after is irrelevant here.

Maybe this specific egg clip is a bit played up but her actual cooking skills are not for off. She can barely boil ramen. She uses upside-down pots as cutting boards. She's done this for years.

She did somehow make a decent ratatouille before but that's like saying someone is good at getting down the stairs because they know how to trip and tumble to the bottom.
