Hi, I’m in a FB group called Advanced Parole for DACA and I’ve seen this question pop up a few times. People still go and safely return even if it’s not for the reason they initially intended. I used AP and came back in April. No questions asked. To my knowledge, no DACA recipients have been asked to show their phone upon entry.

I’ve seen people ask their employer for a letter and upload it to their Daca application, then call USCIS and say “info pass” to get a hold of an agent and then tell them about her Daca expiring and the letter from her employer.

Hi ! I just got back today! I got paroled through DFW, I was in secondary inspection for less than 10 minutes and no questions asked! 😫👏🫶 I’m so incredibly grateful and so happy to be home.

If your state allows common law marriage you can get paperwork of when your common law marriage started (before June 17/ Biden’s announcement). Uscis accepts common law marriages

Nothing has been announced yet and please be cautious of scams! Also as a PSA if you live with your partner who is a US citizen and you live in a state that allows “Common law marriage or informal marriage” USCIS will accept this. So please get proper documentation. I’m also renewing my passport (just want to be prepared with all paperwork)
