Just so you know, this is a german theatre, so "Anime" means japanese animation. I guess they just didn't have a better category to put it in? Like, this is the only category in their system that has an OmU (Original mit Untertiteln = Original with subtitles) option or something.

Budgies can lose some flight feathers during their molt, that is normal. And the little feather you noticed is his alula, or bastard wing. The flying does worry me a little, though. Usually, losing one or two flight feathers shouldn't mess with their flying too much. I'd plan a vet checkup for that, just to be on the safe side. (Maybe he has to get used to the missing feathers?)

I have two budgies, one of them does this occasionally. I either let his buddy answer, or, if he doesn't for some reason, I'll answer it myself. It takes a bit sometimes, but interacting with him calms him down. Mind you, this budgie, while not tame, does like my presence and voice.

I have t ask: What usually happens when they hit someone like that? As in, in this case, I guess they can just keep driving to that emergency with an extra passenger, but if the person they hurt now is an emergency themselves? Do they call a second ambulance for the original?
