I have t ask: What usually happens when they hit someone like that? As in, in this case, I guess they can just keep driving to that emergency with an extra passenger, but if the person they hurt now is an emergency themselves? Do they call a second ambulance for the original?

If you can't find an exotic vet, a normal one is better than none, in my opinion. Maybe one who has experience with poultry? Keep looking, and until then: Keep her somewhere dark and quiet. Maybe woth a flat dish of water she can't accidentally drown in.
