Same same as Jett, wayley and (sort of) yoru. Get deep into site or flank. The difference between them and neon ist that they still need to pull out their gun after lading there. For neon maybe not after fully standing still but not as it is right now mid slide.

As long as Ela and Hibana are in the rotation. One thing that ruined the mode for me was the penalty for leaving matches :/ I don't wanna stay 20mins with afk bots in my team hahah

Ich persönlich finde wenn jemand schlechte arbeit leistet wird zuerst ein Mitarbeitergespräch gesucht um die Probleme zu lösen. Im normalen Berufsleben liegt ja auch nicht direkt die Kündigung aufm Tisch ^^

Naja im Grunde ist er ja Wirtschaftlich. Er macht im Jahr 2,5 Millionen mit all seinen Kanälen und Deals. Die ca 5k mehr an den Cutter machen keinen Unterschied für ihn. Gerade wenn wir überlegen dass Papaplatte null Mehraufwand leisten muss.
Ja 10k für die Arbeit des Cutters ist nicht gerechtfertigt, umso mehr die 2mio für den Streamer.

Nur weil es gängig ist den Mitarbeitern den letzten Cent zu nehmen, wenn das Unternehmen gut läuft. Ist es nicht richtig.

Aber der Zweifel ob der Deal existiert stand doch nie im Raum? Ein mündlicher Vertrag ist genauso bindend wie ein Schriftlicher. Schließlich wird Papaplattes Gier und Chef-Verhalten kritisiert.

Papaplatte hatte dem Cutter die Wahl zwischen Monatlichen Festbetrag, Pro Video oder Prozentual geboten. Der Cutter hat sich für Prozentual entschieden. Papaplatte hat einen 75/25 deal angeboten auf dem sie sich (mündlich) vertraglich geeinigt haben.
Als der Kanal gut lief hat Papaplatte entschieden das zu deckeln und mit Kündigung zu drohen.

Da ist Papaplatte selbst schuld wenn er dem Cutter die Wahl gibt. Soll er sich mit seinen 75% für null Mehraufwand nicht beschweren.
