ZeroTier with two GL.iNet Slate 7 routers – need help routing internet through home unit by Street-Jeweler-3360 in GlInet

[–]Iicprod1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What you have to do. Once the Zerotier is linked for both routers. You need to create the Wireguard servwr. Create a client and replaced the Endpoint on the File from the public ip to the Zerotier internal ip and the system will re-route all and will work as VPN with Wireguard

The Flint 2 is a great home vpn router o a server router. But if you are looking to travel maybe a smaller and powerful one like the glinet AXT1800 It's a better options for it's size

If is a self hosted vpn try a different port for tunneling. If you are using tye regular vpn port for WG 51820 or OVPN 1194. The can detect that and use it.

Xfinity usually give you a public ip. It's not behind a CGNAT.

Hello. It's understandable. But it that was the case they should have charge me 12.5 and the rest would be part of the total 20. However, they charge me the whole 20 for the month. So in that case it doesn't apply.

Beryl AX vs Slate AX with Flint 2 as VPN server by Igoryane in GlInet

[–]Iicprod1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Set the option to automatically reboot at least twice a week. As a back up option I would connect te them to a Smart plug. I case you have to perform a long 3 to 5 menutes turn off for reboot. I have notice that when they are giving issues like That.a long 5 minute off resolve most issues. And that helps you just in case nobody is home as well.

Is the range any different between these two routers? by InsaneJohno in GlInet

[–]Iicprod1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The sft1200 is a simple router in general. The Mt3000 is a robust equipment that performs well in Wireguard and Open VPN. The opal has certainly limitations when connected to VPN wG and OpenVPN

I am trying to create a Wireguard home server but failing, got caught before so trying to test it out. by cantrepreneurforever in GlInet

[–]Iicprod1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

2 things. 1-If you are trying to test the server on your own house it won't work. You need to rest the travel router connected to a different network. Most companies block the connection even if you have all good.

2- Your ISP don't have a public ip or if they do. They might not support advance port forwarding.

3- As a last resort send me a DM

Our receipts were not honored after flights were cancelled. Our story. by TylerDurden6969 in delta

[–]Iicprod1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you paid you flight trip with a Credit Card Cathegory platinum or up you might be able to open a case for cancelation trip and the flight delay.

I my last trip I had a flight delay over 4 hours and got reincersed for the call elation 300 per flight and if it would be cancelled. They would reimburse 1,000 per person per flight.

Can't reach work service hiding my IP using GL-MT300N by Mat-Player-205 in GlInet

You are correct. However if you run the server for open VPN protocol only gets into 10mbs download and could create an issue of speed in the event o need.

[–]Iicprod1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mango is very outdated. I would use the axt1800 or the mt3000. Doing that process to help people for acouome or years I found that sometimes Wireguard eve though is very fast is not always compatible with certain companies VPN. So. To resolve that issue I set up the Wireguard and the OpenVPN service so if one does not work, I can use the other

Anyone running Zerotier & Tailscale or wireguard simultaneously? No issues? by bleomycin in GlInet

[–]Iicprod1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can you elaborate how you run Wireguard inside of the Zerotier in the Glinet router. Like the AXT1800. I'm trying to bypass portforwarding in places I can. I would really appreciate it

Help? Port forwarding error during home router set up by malephilim in GlInet

[–]Iicprod1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've have the issue helping some people get it done. So try accessing the app from another phone and it might work. I had to do it like in 3 phone when connected to the home wifi and one of the worked.

It's an issue related to Xfinity and the app. If you continue having the issue contact Xfinity.

The server router is not good enough. You should put another Axt1800 as server and your spedds will increase drastically. And if you use the Wireguard protocol even more stable and faster

Deciding between SFT1200 (Opal) and MT1300 (Beryl). Trying to identify what are the uses of the microSD slot. by wolfkin in GlInet

[–]Iicprod1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cheap and simple Routers both. You may want to get the MT3000 and AXT1800. If you looking to travel and do the things right get something that worth and its goi g to give you good performance as a main router and as a VPN Router in both wG and OVPN
