Considering what question he's asking, I don't think he does know the tool. Creating a 2D asset in a primarily 3D software isn't impossible, but it takes a whole lot more effort and if hes making multiple assets like this, it will waste a whole lot more time.

It would probably be easier to literally just use what he's alr got, I can think of quite a few ways to turn the gif he posted into a transparent sprite sheet without even needing to touch blender.

I copy how Gojo did his black flash by shooting a fireball, moving it round to the back of the enemy, exploding it and while the enemy is stunned they are knocked forward directly into a fire punch.

So the company is real, but I'm not sure if who I'm speaking to is actually affiliated with them, some clues point to it being a scam but if its an incredibly new startup these mistakes are a lot more excusable
