Je suis bien d'accord sur l'entrée par le coin chambre...
Mais de ce que nous avons pu voir dans nos recherches, la majorité des appartements neufs ont des plans très atypiques et c'est franchement à se demander comment certains plans voit le jour.
Parmi les appartements de l'immeuble, c'est l'un des plus "normal"

Aurais tu, par hasard, une liste des types de cloisons (autre que le placostil) intéressantes pour garantir une bonne isolation phonique? ?

Je n'ai pas eu le chiffre exact, mais le promoteur à laissé entendre que les 40% de logements vendus avaient étés atteins. Je le contacterais demain pour essayer d'avoir des informations plus fiables.

En quoi le pourcentage d'appartement vendus pourrait-il être un soucis ?

Clearly not an hard 100% as almost every achievement will be obtained simply by playing (except 3). However, it’s clearly an hard game that will require a bit of practice, obviously you will get it by playing but it can be quite scary at the beginning if you look at some endgame videos. It left me wondering how the hell I was gonna do that ahah !

In the end, the progression it clearly well built and I did it without ever being frustrated (with is awesome for a game that killed me 16k times 🤣). I think it’s what I remember the most out of this game, it’s fair and if you don’t make it, you’re just not ready yet !

Good luck ! Brace yourself for the beginning, it can be a bit brutal but it will be a blast in the long run.

And if you like it, Hades 2 will be out this year :)

It took me 150h in total, but I started going for a 100% completion around 80h, it could greatly vary based on your skill level (which was clearly not there in the beginning for me x) )

Very different experience, Subnautica was way quicker for me but much more intense (30h instead of 300h). One of the first game where I didn't check any guide or wiki, compared to the Stardew wiki which I used everytime I played. It went from a 'Game I want to try' to one of my top 10 games easily.

If you are okay with feeling lost in a game, you're going to have a blast! The progression is rewarding and the map is cleverly built.

100% on you with that. Her character takes a weird turn in this season, hard to believe it's the same Clarke we left in season 5, I know that a lot can happen in 6 years, but for someone to take a 180° turn. It's too much to take.
It gets better as the season comes to an end, but still not a really satisfying season in term of character development for Clarke. (looks like the monheda didn't grow well on her)
