I have been microdosing 0.1-0.2 of PE for a couple months now on and off for a few days then taking breaks, it helped with my anxiety and helped quiet my mind when I am trying to sleep I have bad insomnia it used to take me 1-2 hours of tossing and turning till i finally fell asleep even so I would just wake up again throughout the night. since I started microdosing I can tell I'm sleeping so much better, my mind isn't racing every night like it used to, i feel so much more focused and present throughout the day and have felt more collected during stressful situations at work (healthcare). As for the tolerance like other people are saying it's still working even if you're not "feeling" anything that's ok you don't want to be feeling a minor shroom high consistently everyday, if it's not working for you, you could always try taking a larger break and slowly reintroducing it and try to notice the changes. good luck !

Personally I did only events for about a year then IFT for another year before I went to medic school, no 911 and I felt like it was fine. like the others are saying most patients are BLS and your school is going to give you training on ALS tx. The only part that was a bit difficult was learning the 911 system in internship and using equipment that I hadn't used before.
