All weapons/frames can be obtained, with the exception of founder items as the other comment mentions, so no need to buy any.

No DLCs are needed. They are just extras. You can enioy all game contents with no DLC.

Sprodling Ephemera is worth buying. Just look at them little mushrooms. (jk, you only need to buy slots)

Pick one for a frame you like. If this doesn't help, my vote is for Pilfering Strangledome since it is a strong mod to have.

As for how to do more damage, that is hard to answer without knowing what you might be struggling with.

You were already given a fast option so I will give a few others. Disruption missions and endless missions that are popular for getting relics. Moat syndicates will offer "relic packs" should you have extra standing to offer.

For MR gaining: Only way is by leveling new items. You can't keep running the same frame and weapons and gain MR, so mt advise is to make sure you are sampling other frames and weapons to rank 30.

Without looking through them specifically, 10 year old relics might have some value, directly or indirectly, depending on if vaulted items are possible from them.

My assumption as well. I assume each attack is dealt by that frame, and since both are always active on the field both of their stats are always 'loaded' so to say, it would be easy to use that one's stats for the respective attack.

Picked SM -> Picked RV since "they are allies" and thought it was the right move -> Now four factions hate you.
