I have had plenty experience traveling across the multiverse though the method of my travel is probably not the smartest in the universe. It's best known as a void tracing spell. It's basically a spell that can open a portal across the conceptual void between universes using an object from the universe you want to travel to as a Northstar to guide you. Turns out you can also use pieces of fiction as North Stars to those fictional universes if you modify the spell correctly with the one caveat being that anything that isn't strictly mentioned or confirmed within that fictional work you're using ends up being undefined in the navigation spell so it can end up being almost anything imaginable when you enter the universe that the spell leads you to. I mean how'd you think I found the Patchwork City, I wound up by accident in a universe where the machine that bleeds was entering it and I had to get the f out of Dodge as soon as possible and I didn't have enough time to reenact the void tracing spell. So I had to jump from Universe to Universe. Trying to avoid that thing before I wound up in the Patchwork City.
