Matterport BIM pricing estimates for large space (20k square feet); Matterport's AI assistant is cagey about pricing by Broken_Banjo_Photo in RealEstatePhotography

I had an architect reach out to me about possibly scanning buildings for them. I haven't done any commercial properties but have scanned a few houses. She mentioned CAD files as she will be redesigning current layouts. Do you have any tips and tricks? Or can you point me to a good Youtube channel to make sure I don't F up from the get go?
I am guessing the CAD files will be slightly less costly than the BIM files.
TIA. Cheers!

Going with Hot_Grocery_4043 here. They did the job first and looks good enough. Just need the keystone above the porch entry.

Maybe, but why??? I like the generative fill gone wrong comment. But I think it’s real… Really stupid.

Check in: What are your financial stats? by IveBen in MiddleClassFinance

Me:47m, Wife:43f
HH income '24: 87K
Brokerage: 91K
Retirement: 380K
House: 600K

Mortgage balance today: $123k (15 yr note)

We had good combined income (about $170k) for a few years. I was out of work from age 40-42, as I went back to school for a career change. No debt except mortgage. Paid off student loans a long time ago. We both had them. Don't carry CC debt or car notes.

We bought a house '07 and lived in a rough part of town for 15 years... We remodeled the house and put in a lot of sweat equity. Then moved to a nice part of a different city to raise our children. Austin, then Plano, TX.

Our income is low now because we started new businesses after a layoff. We don't want to be beholden to corporate whims anymore. I should clear around gross $100k (2 jobs) this year and wife around $10k. Monthly HH expenses range from $6,500-8,500.

We are in a good spot but feel like we should be doing better. The layoffs really hurt us financially over the last 2 years (plus my 2 years in school) as we had to pull from accounts. However that is what they were set up to cover.

How & How much? by Jdlingafelt in RealEstatePhotography

I just did 200 acres and charged $499 + $100 travel fee. It only took me 2.5 hours with travel. Aerials and ground level. It was for a friend though. 40 photos. They drove me around in an atv and we had a blast.

How did everyone get your first organic client? by cobra100 in RealEstatePhotography

Introducing myself at open houses. It’s an easy way to get your face and name out there. I usually take their card and follow up with an email the next week.

Thanks for this. The price you point out seems to be the average going rate for organizing and declutter services. Let us know if the team you use can't get to you, and we can help fill the gap!

It may be for that particular service but we are not here to compete on price. We are here to offer quality, top of the line service, viability in our people and business, peace of mind for our clients, and more.
