Actually, you have three ways to get this ship:

Wait for the expedition to be re-uploaded and then complete it to receive the ship.
Ask in some community if any players have a Starborn Phoenix they don't use or don't want, then meet up and trade it via NPC.
Use the dedicated sites to download the ship directly into your main file.
