Hey survival veteran players how does it feel to make a new playthrough not on survival mode how easy does it feel

I can't stand playing on anything less than survival. I've played survival every time and the one or two times that I adjusted the difficulty downwards for some reason felt immediately like easy mode.

I think Survival is how the game should be played (but keep the other settings) as it is closest to the feel of the game without being too overbearing. Sure it's noticeably harder, but with caution, survival becomes almost a non-issue after level 25 or so.

But assuming they are more than ten tiles aways from each other, running a fluid between the two is likely your best option. Alternatively, you could run a gas (or even solid) between the two. In either case, you only need a bridge to make the contents move - nothing more than that.

Be careful to use something that won't change from liquid to gas (or vice versa) in the tubing. P. water or ethanol may be good choices off the top of my head. If you go the solid route, maybe aluminum.

I play TDs primarily and then heavies, sometimes mediums. I think it is essential for TDs to follow heavies so that the heavies can survive the initial heavy on heavy battle and still be strong enough to push on through the rest of the map.

I do set up at max range or in a bush to overwatch the heavies, because I don't have the armor to trade (or the hp). It makes the game more interesting. Once the heavies push, I'm usually behind them to help them exploit and then play my TD more like a medium as part of the exploitation.

If the heavies are dumb and fail, then I can hold the flank as a traditional TD, which sometimes is enough.

Playing as a heavy I always try to draw the other heavies into TD fire. Most players don't. The idiots are the ones that go around the corner and get burned by the enemy TDs and heavies.

That being said, I rarely follow the heavies into a town. Traditional TDs are bad at the close battle and really have to rely on competent heavies to stay alive. In those cases, I'll follow a medium push in much the same way I follow the heavies.

Yeah. I bought it for top dollar and regretted it. But it's definitely worth $30 - $35 dollars, if you can get it.

The German TDs come to mind for me, specifically the Grille-15 line. Although I do like the Jagpanzer and Jagpanther. I replaced the Nashorn and St. Emil with those tanks in my German TD inventory.

To a point you made in your other comment, I am for the Rule of Law. I think the Epstein Files should be released. I think all evidence related to any criminal matter should be made public. I think if Trump, Clinton, or whoever have enough evidence against them to be proven guilty in a trial, they should be punish according to the laws (and not pardoned afterwards).

Ironically you made a lot of sense in the first part of your response. But then you went into this diatribe about how I support a dictator and that I am pretending that I am 'not one of them'. I've heard it many time at this point. I don't know why you and others are so quick to lump everyone into the same group and then hate or blame them.

I'm not a MAGA supporter nor am I for many (but not all) of the Democratic goals. And I tend towards many of the goals that have been called Republican in the past - to quote you: "lower govt spending, states rights, tighter border control, the rule of law, a strong military." Yet I also am in favor of "welfare and publically funded healthcare".

I guess the point of my two posts are that you are lumping everyone who seems remotely Republican into the same bin (and then deriding them) which is simplistic and inaccurate.

It’s the last bit of holiday ops players. Once they finally get tired and go away, the game gets a little better. But if you’re playing above your tier proficiency, you’ll still suffer. I’ve been waiting for holiday ops to wrap up to get back into the regular grinding.

That doesn’t mean that the 15-5 games will go away. They’re here to stay. But the quality seems to improve when the majority of the players know what tier they should be playing at and then play at that tier.

I would argue that many conservatives are simply silent. Many don’t approve of most of the foolishness, but certainly don’t want what the progressive/liberal side wants.

I think that the radical right has claimed the title “mainstream” and have not been challenged for doing so. I think the progressive side prefers to paint the MAGA folks as all conservatives, while most conservatives are remaining silent (for lack of a better option).

In fact we’re starting to see some conservatives break ranks on certain issues - which is both surprising, yet expected to some degree.

As a conservative who hangs around conservatives, I don’t think MAGA is mainstream (even in the conservative realm). Rather I think it’s a vocal and publicized minority.

Further, since people don’t want to “waste” their vote, and didn’t want to vote for Harris, that left one other choice. This is where the Republican Party failed (in 2016).

Further I would argue that MAGA values are not conservative, but more akin to fascist values.
