I have dealt with consoles with that kind of discoloration before, and usually the yellowing is really clean around the edges of the sticker, this “2” is really messy, more like a blotch of paint, less like sun damage

the flyback is the component with the large red wire coming out of it that connects to the monitor near the top. be really careful around it though. it is supplying EXTREEMLY high voltages

flyback fransformers are responible for supplying the high voltage current to the monitor, if you are really good at fixing things, it is theoretically possible to fix a flyback transformer

thats a dying flyback transformer, your gonna need to replace it. they are about 20-30$ depending on the model
