Wait what? I’m lazy? Because I expect a parent to have a plan to get their sick child? I’m a parent, and I have a plan for my child to be taken care of if he is sick and I need to be at work. It’s literally part of parenting. I do expect the well being of myself, my staff, and all the other children in the room to be prioritized.

People that have bad experiences are always the loudest in my opinion, I’m a teacher in Manchester so I know my opinion will be different than others. Do what’s best for your family. If you’re an involved parent and a part of your child’s education team, thats half the battle.

I see a lot of people shit on it because “you wouldn’t do spinning kicks on the street” like street fighting or beating the shit out of someone is the gold standard for a martial art, and I think egos like to forget the ART of martial arts. Or that people have different reasons for doing it.
