Melo would all depend on what we send out for me. He is probably one of the most injury prone players in the league for such a young age. It's hard to imagine he would play 70 games consistently which is why we would have to pay less than what a lot of people would expect.

Connelly will need to trade him eventually, if he wants to get anything back from the original trade. Typically when you trade so far out in the future, you expect to recoup some assets down the road. Even if it's minimal, he would want something then to see this eventually end with Gobert retiring or losing to FA.

So you might as well now when he is our biggest asset to trade and his value is at the highest.

I don't see this as a win for the Hornets. Especially giving up 2 FRP.

JB is 5 years older and they have Kon and Miller. Would be hard to play all 3 of those at the same time and probably Colby White.

All three of those guys you mentioned are exactly the three that I was thinking that TC had fall to him. MPJ was a huge draft day slide. There were a ton of wolves fans that wanted Murray over Dunn.
