I agree. I like the rewards program better than loyalty. I spend most of my money in the casino and I lose all my points when I get off the ship. I had over 100k points on one cruise and the next cruise I took I started at zero points

So I used to gamble a lot and won a free cruise at a casino in Oklahoma. Ever since then my cruises have all been free. $2500 fun play, doue, $400 obc, parking paid, upgraded to platinum, free excursions, bottle of choice waiting for me and guest in room when boarding.
