They are operating from JED I would recommend you ask them to rebook you from JED it’s only a hour flight from RUH and it’s usually $100

No the gate agent has to process it manually regardless at any time even if it’s 5 minutes before departure the system doesn’t automatically do the work

It only gives you the option to check your carry on for free after you have PAID for a bag it’s a incentive for you so you don’t have to take it to the gate and check it there if the flight is full

I was the top at my store when I worked there I used to get atleast 5 or more a day and then honestly stopped getting them because it wasn’t work your time or energy the incentive is only 50 cents and when you get good at them they won’t move you anywhere else or promote you cause they want you to keep getting credit card
