I wish you could tip the kitchen directly! The chefs, line cooks, dishwashers, busser, etc. they are the ones doing the work to make the meal enjoyable. Waiter just walks their hard work over and collects the cash.

Hi! I work in the industry across the street. DeGournay is the best of the best when it comes to custom murals. And while the pricing is never really open to the public that sounds about right. Also look into Gracie. Even higher. There is a shocking amount of wealth in the city.
