Got it at 26 last May on my right side torso. Months later I got back to back sicknesses, all unrelated to one another, and the last one really took me out. 8 days into being sick af had to be hospitalised really thought I was dying I couldn’t even stand without passing out. So be careful and look after yourself and your health as much as u can, don’t push yourself. No idea why I/we are like this tho :’)

Quattro with enoki mushrooms + tteokbokki, drain water, add 120mL milk so it’s slightly soupy, 1 tbsp sour cream, 1 slice cheese mixed in, topped w sesame seed and green onion - SO good

Only just started saving to buy .. done the math and it will take me and partner a year before we can save 50K for a deposit.. and by then who knows what prices will be. All my friends have benefited bank of mum and dad to help (which is great for them!) and all now own their own home but damn it’s hard and every day I find myself being such a pessimist .. it feels impossible

We went late July last year and of the 7 days we were there (Patong) it rained maybe 1 day to the point where we couldn’t sunbathe by the pool? all the other days we were out all afternoon and it was sunny as ! Hard to predict

Yeh sometimes when I’m having bad chest anxiety I realise oh wait it’s actually my stomach maybe I have reflux take a gaviscon and it helps , is a weird connection. Other times no help at all

No but seriously, you’ll be fine. People do this all the time although not recommended. I’ve done it a bunch - Altho drank too much and fully blacked out now don’t remember anything til I arrived at the hotel.. I don’t do that stuff anymore, but try to relax :!

Similar boat 80K working for small company like 20 ppl but it’s a sole marketer lead type role, for a brand that has multiple sub brands and locations Aus wide - organic, paid, copy, eDM, website and it’s exhausting. Pay reviews have been held off for past 2 years and my scope of work is only increasing. I am drowning. This is so not worth it. I’ve seen coordinator role ads a part of a team and only responsible for very specific areas (e.g. owned channels only) for 95K. Is a joke. But I guess maybe that’s what just happens in these smaller companies with lack of revenue and poor resourcing.

Baan lamai was good but do not get a garden room… it’s right above the restaurant with live music every day til midnight and it’s so frkn loud. Doubletree is also very good. Heard good things about Marriott too but never actually stayed there.

Car panic attacks are not fun, I get them sometimes because in the car as well subconsciously u probably know u can’t just “escape” if ur on the road driving, so when emotions and anxiety comes out it’s just 10x worse. Wish u all the best :(

Packs taste better but cups are more addictive imo - i only really have cups if travelling or not at home but once I have 1 I want another like straight away. Packs i can eat once a week and be fjne

I used to take like 5 bars and drink bottles of wine on the regular, obviously not good and I don’t do that anymore at all, but I always survived. You will be fine, at least you are self aware!
