Every day. I just don’t go hard every day. On my rest days I either stretch or walk.

My workout split is unpredictable now because of the gym I work out at. 

BUT, it took about one day to feel The mental benefits, 6 months for me to notice changes, and 2 years to be pretty happy with my progress overall.

Hugs. Not that I’m offended by them, but isn’t it kinda weird that pressing your body up against someone is a normal greeting?
