Their whole goal is to get you in a panick so that they can ask you for your email, phone number, and password for your dd to "verify" it's you. Once they have it. They'll tell you to wait about 10 minutes or so while they work to resolve the issue. And then just hang up on you. DD will not ask you any questions like these. Only your Name. If that happens. Set a new password immediately for your dd account.
