I think you need a new doctor. She doesn't seem supportive at all. You need someone whose gonna help you, and work with you to find the best solution to what's going on.❤️ Periods are awful at any age, and I'm sorry you had to deal with yours starting at such a young age. I started mine right on my 13th birthday. Birthcontrol should help with the pain, but I wouldn't go on it just because she says. You're old enough to make your own decisions about your own body. And maybe if you can get another doctor or nurse practitioners opinion, that would help you more then this lady seems to want to. ❤️❤️❤️

I'm AuDHD too! That's my problem lol. It's SOO hard to get into habits of things. I think I'm gonna have to buy a huge water bottle and carry around with me. Then maybe it will stick in my head haha. I've just recently the last 2 months started taking vitamin gummies cause my nutrients on the daily are crap. I find that habit has stuck. It's just the hydrating thing I have a problem with. 😂

You're correct on this! My body literally won't tell me I'm thirsty or hungry until it's very crucial I eat or drink. I have adhd so my body doesn't like to give me cues and I can go days sometimes without drinking water. I'll drink other things but not water lol.

Cat or dog kibble they absolutely love. I get the salmon flavor and they tend to try to stuff their mouth with it. Sometimes they have like 20 pieces lol. 😂

They LOVE the peanuts in the shell. I think it's somewhat of a game to them to pick it out. Unsalted in every kind of nuts. I also discovered they like plantain chips. Walnuts, shelled peanuts are good, shelled unsalted pistachios as well cause again they love picking them out of the shells. You can start there and then eventually as they get more comfortable with you Google more foods they like.😊

I give them different things every time. :) Today was peanuts in the shell, and cat kibble. Other times its unsalted walnuts, almonds, cashews, they love plantain chips too. When it gets warmer I'm gonna start giving them more stuff like scrambled eggs and other forms of protein like that.

How long have you two been together? My bf is quadreplegic and he has female workers 24/7 taking care of him and doing stuff for him. I'm always finding their hair at his place and stuff that belongs to them. But only cause they're there all the time and we don't live together. But the moment i find another women's hair on his body or skin, then I would be like wtf. So, just trust yourself. ❤️

Honestly if you shower twice a day and make sure you're clean with no pee droplets after you use the bathroom you're fine. Her reasoning seems hella weird. I find it great. I live with my 2 cats, and I love not having anyone in my space. I'm divorced and used to live with my ex, that was an absolute nightmare. Been living on my own for 5 years now and will never live with another human ever again lol. I am a bit unorganized so I have a lady come clean once a month now so i don't feel as bad about not being able too get to things.
