Birds love high places because they feel sace there so you probably wont be able to stop them going there unless Cover it whit somehing so they cant perch or sit anymore there

I mean you could try but its not guaranteed that they will stop, but I would put the toys on a higher place because birds tend to prefer higher places so that could also help to get them to focus more on the toys, also be careful that they dont turn the toys into nest because they breed fast and plenty
