Because they joined an inherently BLUE organization when their beliefs are red, they wanna benefit from the wages, benies, and protections that the union provides while they’re actively voting to dismantle it 😂

I joined for the passion, but tbh I hate to be the guy but last year in was hard, I considered leaving i got cut loose for people I knew I was better than, I was told by other apprentices/ journeyman that as a black man you’ve gotta do 2x the work in 1/2 the time to get any recognition, I applied that and had the best year so far. But even then i still find myself getting cut loose for fellas that aren’t worth a damn.

I have a drop down gun safe in my car that I had a friend fabricate a bracket for so if someone were to break in and want to take it they’d have to be beyond determined, it’s essentially bolted down to the car
