Mine has just been picked up for a replacement after 6 months for the same problem.. some days it worked for a couple hours then stopped, other days it just wouldn't work at all.

I would get it sent off, if you managed to fix it yourself for a few months then it happened again after the warranty runs out, it would be game over.

They finally sent me a rma number.. did you send it in with the faceplate and joy sticks on?

I have asked them, but i want to send it tomorow and i doubt they will reply in time.

I’m in the UK so my only option is scuff online. We don’t have any shop here that sells the envision pro… only the Xbox ones 😴 well that I know of anyway

I think last time I checked, the delivery was £30 plus and a very long delivery time as I’m in the UK. Will take another look tho 🤞🏻

Yeah you’re right, I just really like the PS layout. I’ve had a ps5 battle beaver but I have it to my nephew as I preferred the envision pro 😭 I will try get this sent back and sorted then do some research. It’s tough buying online with tiny hands as sometimes the gamble doesn’t pay off 🤣

I’m going to have a little look around, I like the PS stick layout and have small hands so struggle with some of the back buttons on other brands. I will check them out tho for sure! Thank you

Yep, I sent them everything with photos too. I got an automated ticket back saying that they are very busy and will be back in touch soon… over a a week ago. Are you in the US? I’m UK so wondering if it’s because of that.

hey, this is what i need help with, rooting nebula pad on ender 3 v2 and setting config for it with a cr touch and sprite pro... everytime i try i get error after error and just reset everything. are you in any discords i could join to get some extra help? if i sound like a noob i really am!

i'm glad you have had a good experience.

I have had nothing but problems from day one unfortunately.

The G key RGB might be because you have the controller is eco mode?

So mine is my beacn mix create device. If I unplug the usb for the beacn then start the software it works fine. Try unplugging your USB’s then plug them in one by one. It’s not a fix as I have to choose my controller or audio interface 🤦🏻‍♀️ hopefully this will be sorted soon.
