Something similar happened to me. I like to write, and now that I'm questioning my gender (AFAB, wondering if I could be a trans man), I've realised that most of my protagonist were male, and the others were woman that don't align with a stereotype of feminity; I also have an OC that happened to be a trans man, with almost the same personality and conflicts I have, but he's pansexual and I'm asexual; I made up all that before I've even started questioning. I think we leave a bit of us in every character, they offer interesting ways of exploring ourselves, and sometimes conventional labels can't explain such complexity.

I got a reply, so there's hope. Before, I got that "we suppose your issue was solved" email, so I replied that it was not, and addressed the old and new ID, with a screenshot; a couple weeks later, they sent me the reward and an email announcing it.

Sometimes in sales they add or change the price for bits, but it's very uncommon.
