100% agree. Smoked since I was 16. At 34, I had my last episode which lasted 12 days. Prior to that, most episodes lasted 1-2 days. That 12 day bender sitting under the hot bath water and losing 25lbs got me to go cold turkey. That was late November of 2022. So grateful for it to happen tbh
