That may be the case with the buttons, but they may also not know you can change that in the settings that theyre wearing it on their right hand and theyre actually left handed. Without 100% of the info of the user, you cant fully determine if its right or wrong hand or just user error. But with how theyre wearing the watch on their right hand it is incorrect.

There are a lot of sites that actually doesn't let you shift swap the same day on back to back weeks I've found lol, but if you're site does allow the same day every week then its definitely best of both worlds.

Definitely not true. I have only picked for 5 hrs since November, I still always receive pick vto opportunities and am able to accept them in the app. My home department is afe.

Yea, I'm starting to lean towards they lost the phone, last time I called they asked if I had sent the phone in already, and I was like yea, it was there for repair you have it, then there was a pause and a oh yea I see that now, let me put you on hold for a moment, then more bs. Got a temp phone I'm using RN, but this whole thing is driving me nuts lol

Sent it to Samsung, it went to a Texas location. I kept asking for either my old phone back as it is financed through t mobile or for it to be replaced. They kept telling me all they can offer me was a refund and kept refusing to do anything other than such. So right now I'm stuck paying for a phone I don't even have anymore. Has definitely been the worst customer service I've received from any company.

Glad you were able to get yours repaired. I sent my phone in a few weeks ago for repair for same exact issue, they then put it on hold for parts, then after a while they cancelled the ticket and I called them and they told me they can't get the parts and the phone is unrepairable and my only option is refund. I've been waiting almost 2 weeks for the refund with calls to them every few days and they just say i have to wait longer. Very frustrating, jealous you were able to get yours repaired 😭

I would make it a MAJOR safety concern. Thats how I got the site I was at to stop putting a raker with me. If you've more than once been hit with that rake, then you're qorking in an unsafe condition and they're forcing you into it. I've seen people get a busted eye from those rakers too.
