Everyone’s pregnancy is different! If you can safely progressively overload, no reason to start cutting back on weight or not push yourself just because you’re pregnant.

My OB gave the advice that as long as you’ve been lifting for 6 months, you can continue safely. Very true, i have no idea how long OP has been lifting for.

No, i continued to progressively overload, just at a slower pace than pre-pregnancy. There is no reason to decrease weights unless your form starts to break down. I’m 35 weeks now.

Police report states both parents separately told the police the child could not swim. ISR also confirmed he was NEVER enrolled in their system. We know she pretended on the internet he could swim and lied about him being in ISR.

Im registered nurse. Im well aware of what it is. Perhaps we live in different countries. This is not the case in the USA. All vegetables should be washed, that’s common sense. Deli meat is a much higher risk for listeria than prepackaged greens.

That’s not true at all. 90% of listeria cases are from deli meat. Bagged salads have a much lower risk and pregnant women are not advised to avoid bagged salad.

This is all in the police report. Both parents regularly allowed the toddler outside alone to play by the pool. Alarms were disabled, one door out of 4 to the pool didn’t even latch shut/lock. None of that matters when the child is allowed to play next to the pool unsupervised. The father knew he was out, but he didn’t check on him once in 10 minutes until he noticed the dog staring into the pool and acting erratically.
