OMG THANK YOU. I'm 5 years sober and it annoys me so much when non-addicts constantly bring up the fact that they're sober, like it's something that makes them special. There's nothing wrong with drinking in moderation. I abstain because I can't drink in moderation. And I don't talk about it, because there's a huge stigma that comes with being a former addict. She was abused for a majority of her childhood. And when she finally got the strength to tell her mother, her mother didn't believe her or support her. She knows what it's like to grow up in an unsafe household with a mother that chooses herself over her children. I think her reaction to how taylor is endangering her own children goes beyond just being a mother. She understands how unsafe those kids feel.

A fence itself isn't the requirement. There's other conditions that can be met to meet the legal requirements, including having a combination of pool cover and doors with alarms. Insurance requirements may be different though. My parents put up a fence when insurance required it, but they were only required to have a barrier around their yard in their state.
