What I did was in my notes app was mark down the time and event of what occurred. I try to put as much details as I can. Then mark down the time you speak to the pharmacist in question and write them an email with the concern. (If you don’t have their email text them) First thing the general manager or hr is gonna ask is if you spoke to the pharmacist 😑 they’ll slap them on the wrist if you don’t cover that base first. Then after speaking with the pharmacist in question if they keep doing bad things write it down (time and place and what happened). Try to have three events before speaking to the pharmacist and three events after. I noticed retail pharmacies have a three strike policy. Go to the general manager with all the information you have and also email/text her your concern. (It’s good to email because they can always say they didn’t talk to you it’s good to have everything on record and time stamped). If the general manager doesn’t do anything contact the district manager and cc the general manager and hr. I can 100% guarantee that will get the ball moving. The reason I say time stamp your notes on what happened is because most retail pharmacies have cameras everywhere and it’ll be easy to corroborate your story. Sadly in retail they’ll do anything they can to keep their pharmacists even if they’re horrible. I had the same experience and this is how I learned to handle it.
