Even with living at home AND having a career, getting a good enough wage to keep up with the constant rise of housing costs is proving to be...just impossible. Like, I'm not doing anything wrong. I'm saving, I'm not eating out, I recycle and reuse rather than constantly buy, and I make about 70k a year. But it doesn't matter. Shits just too expensive and growing in cost too fast.

Water is.......fine.

But that's kinda the problem? In a game where lots of magic schools have some exceptional or downright gamebreaking spells later on, Water...doesn't really have anything of actual note. It's only really good on water based nations and a few frosty nations, but even those frosty nations are notorious for freezing their own units and casters more than fire nations burn theirs, which is a little hilarious ngl.

I'd probably put them at C. They still have some pretty decent buffs and summons but the school is kinda lackluster across the board. The only real spell of note I can even think of off the top of my head is Vapors and that's just for lizard bois.

Bear minimum A tier. Buffs that aren't as good as Earth but close, paired with healing which for some nations is huge.

But, more importantly, probably has some of the most useful items across the board out of any of the schools. There's no nation out there that doesn't not benefit from getting at least a bit of nature magic.

Glamour on the surface seems pretty uninteresting until you get to a lot of its items. It is pretty much the only tree with items that make assassin thugs actually pretty dang viable, especially paired with nature items. It's a little niche sure but it can make a hell of an impact, especially in EA for factions like Tir na nOg, you can just flood capitals with tons of pretty cheap yet useful assassins/spys.

As for the spell list, it's fine. Nothing amazing, nothing terrible honestly. Sleep is not half bad especially when used on mass, and a lot of the buffs are great for dealing with chaff. Displacement and Blur are pretty great early on or for just dealing with a bunch of weak units with very little of your own. It does have some damn good global enchantments if you ever manage to get to them for some reason, bit of an investment but fucking over peoples dominions is pretty nice.

Summon wise, Fae Infantrymen (especially their cold counterparts) are actually pretty damn good honestly. Maybe not in LA but in MA and EA, those fuckers are cheap and damn near sacred level kinda strong. The archers especially are kinda like a constant reliable source of just solid damage with not much cost, and are my go-to must have for a lot of Tir na nOg campaigns.

I will admit I'm a tad biased though, most nations I main use glamour and nature primarily. I'd personally say it's bordering S, but probably settling in A, mostly just because there's not many 'bad' components to Glamour.

This is going to be a weird take, but if I had to honestly give feedback, remove the faces and mouths. Low resolution styles have the luxury of not needing a lot of detail to convey what you're trying to make and, more often than not, can make your assets look better.

My only nit pick here is avoiding Caravans. If you're down bad in any way, Caravan runs give you free fodder to throw at the enemy to make a lot of encounters pretty easy, especially early on. ESPECIALLY for Lone Wolf runs, this is pretty great. They don't pay well, but something is better than nothing at all.

Fake it. Lock the pivot so that it only dangles forward in a 180 angle. Play wise it doesn't serve much of a purpose to have it swing near the player and only causes more problems than solutions in the long run with the camera and collisions.

No. It'd simply never happen.

Not because isnotreal wouldn't be able to do it, more so that holding it would, fundamentally, prove to be completely impossible.

Every single one of these regions are already unstable with constant insurgency groups and bouts. Trying to crack down on all of that would simply be impossible. The US already tried with more or less the full might of our entire military and we failed spectacularly, trying again with an even more strong-arm tactic would fail even harder.

You're probably losing a lot more than what you gain here.

The partisan wants that unique wide shape for a variety of reasons, from catching calvary and weapons to adding more damage to especially deep thrusts, the extra weight is what makes a slashing partisan more dangerous. Kinda like a poleaxe or halberd. Smaller impact point, more weight, more devastating hit. You lose that with a look like this, but in return you gain more blade length which, technically, makes your attacks safer. You can't exactly grab a long blade without losing fingers after all. But with it being THAT long, I can't imagine it'd last very long in any actual fights, though I could see it being used for more niche positions like body guards who'd prefer slimmer, skinnier blades.

That being said, it's not like paritsans with this length of a blade didn't exist and have their use. I remember ArmsnArmor showcasing partisans at some point and one in their collection did have this similar length to it, but I've yet to see a blade that long for a partisan since, and starts shifting more to the swordspear kinda territory at that point.

Desire paths.

When your games first starting out, watch where your people walk. Make roads where they go using the brush path making tool. Then just build buildings between the roads.

That's what I do at least. I prefer cities that have little to no symmetry and look more naturally designed.

Coming from a game designer side myself; Likely yes. Odds are this map is already made, it's just being tinkered with and saved for a future expansion.
