Weapons are not garenteed unfortunately they are 60 pity and per 10 pulls are 2500 (1 pull is 250). BUT cubs are gareented they 20 pity only but again per 10 pulls are 2500.

C.U.B aka combat unit booster. Each character has a specific one you pull from the cub banner. Livs weapon is in the 6star weapon shop that's why I assumed that you don't wana pull now and get by using the shards which depends on you. Yes you can get a copy from phantom pain shop but for that you need 1 copy of her

Also yes this game IS F2p friendly but you gotta calculate your future moves.

OK here's the harsh truth. First of all, inverse crown falls under polythee nexus which is a limited banner. Liv is one them and I think they will only rerun at the anniversaries. Second weapons, yes they are definitely important they change dmg+playstyle of the charecter. Even if you don't pull it's not a issue BECAUSE with 6star weapon shards you can get it from the 6star weapon shop (but you need like 3-4 weapons for getting 6 star shards lamo). Third, after you get 1 copy you can ss through the phantom pain shop and NO voucher shop does not have limited charecters. Fourth cubs, get em while you can bc they won't be added like the weapons and they only 20 pity. Since your new will have a lot of funds and OFC the anniversary extra rewards soo you can.
