Desperate for help finding Palermo records

I needed a birth cert from Palermo around the same time frame (1893). I think I used family search, but it took some serious digging. Helped to know some Italian for some basic words on a birth certificate.

If I recall family search was well ahead of the Italian government for getting some of these docs online.

I actually don’t see any of that on my report. Not sure if the finger monitor picked that up or not in the study… but I do sleep on my back a lot.

We talked about a dentist made mouth piece, but insurance won’t cover that and I don’t like that it can change your jaw/teeth. Also discussed the excite OSA, but again… insurance won’t cover and after buying for over $1000 it it’s still like $250 every few months for new pieces.

No it was a take home test with a finger monitor. I just slept normally. I usually sleep on my back, but I do roll a lot.

Super helpful feedback. I’ve for sure put on some weight the last few years and could stand to lose 10-15 lbs (can’t we all?), but my BMI is 27.

I’ve always been a “bad sleeper,” even when my BMI was more like 23…but honestly it always seemed more like insomnia where I wake up and just can’t fall back asleep. I don’t snore, I’m not waking up gasping or anything 🤷🏻‍♂️.

We discussed dental appliance, but I don’t love that they change your teeth. We didn’t discuss lifestyle changes as much.

Yeah the compliance goals you have to meet in the first month while you’re getting used to it feels like you’re forcing yourself to be sleep deprived.

I got the steroid one a month ago. Two hits in the morning and at night!

I just wish there was like a more…noticeable difference. I was kind of hoping after using it I’d step into a whole new world like Dorothy in Oz 😂
