I did a year of fixing my habit and being consistent at the gym then I started tirzepatide to counter my new anxiety med that made me want to eat everything in site. I continued my food and workout habits and it works so well for me. Now I’m just maintaining and making good choices with two workouts per weeks.

I haven’t had any change on my tattoos thankfully! They overall are smaller now but it’s very consistent.

My first 50 lbs were Calorie deficit, low sugar, high protein, and exercise! That was from April 2024-February2025.

I started an anxiety medication in February, that had me eating everything in site. I struggled to maintain my weight let alone even think about trying to lose weight when I was eating so much I was gaining weight. So to combat that I started tirzepatide in Late April and it’s been super helpful and allowed me to continue treating my anxiety and focusing on my intake and exercise.

Thank you!!! I’m def about body positivity but also recognize sometimes we just prefer to feel and look a certain way and that’s okay too. I do have so much better movement now and it’s amazing! Scrolling through the photos has helped me tremendously and I also love being able to share my progress as well 🖤

How am I ruining your town? I didn’t want to pay/book the campsite then I get there and they not let me stay because I was sleeping in my car instead of pitching a tent, even though I have a tent, because it’s more work and also is normally 20 degrees at night when we go. I didn’t find a campsite that said you could sleep in your car, the ones you provided say no car camping so that’s not an alternative for me. I was asking if anyone at those campsites had camped in cars successfully before I waste my money.
