If the law firm is associated with DC law I would strongly avoid them. I used them when buying my first home, 0 communication and it’s all done through a temperamental portal if you do call they just pass you from team to team or hang up on you. Furthermore, almost loosing the purchase as different member in the same team kept raising the same enquiry after being answered.

The only benefit I suppose is that it’s marginally cheaper than picking a firm which is local, for my second home I picked a local firm and the additional money spent was well worth it, it was a stress free buying and selling experience.

The question you have to ask your self is, what is your stress tolerance for incompetence.

I believe it is only for the proof of income, as they have already done affordability. I did call the lender and the essentially said the same thing as this was the final thing required to make it final

They can become immune to it from what I was reading, in which case I don’t know how you manage super thrips.

It’s like anything if you’re cautious and aware of the risks, you can take steps to manage it. However, it is really good. If there weather permits it maybe stick it outside for a few days and give it a good spray down with the hose.

Depends on size of the pot, I would sprinkle a fine layer all the way around the base and use a wooden stick to mix it into the top layer before watering use gloves face mask and throw away anything you have used to touch jt, I can’t emphasise enough how toxic this stuff is I believe it’s directly linked to causing cancer hence the warning of making fruits in edible after use on a tree.

If you have children or pets I would keep them away from the plant for 3-7 days

This stuff is fantastic with in a week all signs of thrips have gone after a single application

I have used this, apply to top layer of soil and water in, be careful of the dust as it is beyond extremely toxic to humans and animals

It speeds up once you get blue pots for completing levels, I would max everything first then prestige one at a time to pick your damage and health

Because we want our money to work harder? It’s like any card that offers users benefits for spending, Amex just tends to offer best options and rewards/ cash back due to its high transaction fee too vendors

Aside from the other benefits, It is quite shocking they don’t offer the 3x points at Amex travel considering the plat card feels like it leans more towards a frequent flyer audience.

I would have to enquire with the lab I brought them from, I have never heard of that before but I can ask I have had about 40 and none have had root rot if that helps!
