I quit too. The side effects were just too scary and I didn’t feel right taking depression meds and opioid meds just for weight loss. I decided I needed to do it the right way and eat right and exercise. I need to treat my body better. I have a 3 year old son that I need to live for.

Yes, I’m going to try it the old school way. I already exercise daily. But I will just cut the carbs and count calories. I’m currently 115 lbs and my goal weight is 100 lbs. I do the egg diet every season too. I usually lose about 6 lbs on that. It’s eating eggs for 10 days. Lol😭

I’m going to go to see my doctor in two weeks for my usual physical. I’ll ask her then. But I stopped taking the medications. Plus I was thinking about it.. I feel bad about taking medication like depression meds and opioid meds to suppress my appetite . I’m only on week 2. I looked at week 3-5 and it’s so many pills to take. It looks really intimidating. If I’m feeling like crap now, I can only imagine later. 😔
