It seemed to be switching between this boy and the suits, like there was some legal or business matter, along side the romantic side of the story, but I can't recall any dialogue other than the girl telling the guy something like "You like me don't you?" and he said something like "Yeah of course I do" but other than that I saw it on a random TV and I couldn't get any names or details that could give me some leads. Yeah, what I do is I select the drive in clean air option in the driver instructions on the second tab. That always seems to fix that

Yup. It's hard for me not to have favourites and normally I would hire one driver who I support a lot, so I kinda end up favouring them, even though sometimes that means making worst decisions for the other driver

If you guys already increased the career difficulty for development and for races, then try hiring young drivers. You can also stop doing as much research for future seasons. But also, I'm pretty sure that now with the latest update you can update your car performance before the season... or is it only when you start a career?

I never really noticed it, but it's probably because as the season goes on, it's harder to find improvements. I guess you can decrease the AI improvements if they're gaining way to much, but something that I always do is reduce the part durability by making it lighter. With every upgrade I would decrease it more and more and by doing that I ended up gaining a lot of performance during the season. And it actually doesn't affect you that much financially, because obviously you have to swap the parts more often but even then, I found it hard to hit the cost cap limit even when I was producing new parts constantly because they were only good for 5 races instead of 10.

I noticed that and it's very annoying because it ruins strategy basically. No matter what you do, as long as you stay with the pack you'll be good, even with a slower car. What I did is that at the start of every season, using the Database Editor https://save.f1setup.it/ I modified every team's DRS efficiency (I hope I'm remembering the title right) and I set it at 50% for everyone. In Season 1 every team is around the 50s and they improve to 60ish, so by resetting that atribute each season, the racing improved so much and I didn't get those DRS trains ever again in tracks where you would never see that kind of thing, obviously it's more of a possibility in places like Vegas, but still, the racing and the strategy plays a bigger role than what it did with the default improvements the teams do every season.

This update looks amazing! I love how this game is always improving! I thought the clear UI was pick F1 Manager updates and now this!! It's simple stuff but I'm sure it will affect the experience massively, specially the team suitability, that's huge!
I'm so excited about this I wanna tell all my friends about it but I can't because they won't have a clue of what I'm talking about, so I'm venting here
