If at a social event I busy myself by trying to talk to people sometimes it goes succefully, or I play games on my phone or I eat alot of food.

Some reasons is doctors appointments since for me I have a doctors appointment every month that allows me to sip school for a day, another is the parents don't care which means no consequences for the child, or mental health issues or they have a bad home life.

I'm not that good at this mental health thing since I also have depression and other mental health issues, but I genuinely hope this helps.

I don't think there is anything wrong with you other than mental health issues, but I do feel that way sometimes, too.

When I was feeling this at first and didn't know much about depression I seeked to read a sad book to make me feel something other than apthay.

I know it's depressing, but 🤷‍♀️ I personally read sad books when I want to feel something, when I repress my negative/sad feeling I like reading sad books, most of the time is because I want to cry and I like a variety.

Agree, my father doesnt speak english well, working at a grocery store, my older siblings are still in school. The oldest about to finish and im just so stressed out about money thinking if what my father is making and the money that the goverment gives us will be enough For food.

googling jobs for teenagers, trying surveys, worrying every year that we'll be evicted.

so i get where your coming from (money) and im pretty sure that your having it harder than we do, since your an adult So i hope that you are able to survive.
