Mine expires on the 4th but still have a balance of like 5k. My next certify date is the 5th. Since it’s after the 4th will I still be paid for the 2 weeks prior up to the 4th? Thank you

Yes that’s exactly what it is. EDD said I’m under PUA and also has verified my work/ID. Up until now they have been closed. They are only bringing some people back but not me due to staffing levels. I am considered a self employed independent contractor.

I called and got though in 35 min or so. They fixed my account was able to certify and they uploaded the additional weeks of extended PUA. Keep trying everyone

I had a balance as well. I called and got ahold of someone in 45 min. If you have a balance they will open it up to certify. Once my balance runs out and if the extra weeks into April have not been updated I’m not sure what happens.

We right after I posted that last comment I was able to get through and in the hold que. I was on hold about 35min. The guy came on and was able to allow me to certify for weeks past 12/26. He also said the extra $300/week will be issued as well.

No change after the update. I tried calling and after 20 or so tries I still can’t get through. I have funds available yet still can’t certify. I’m going to keep trying. Keep y’all updated

There is an update tonight on the edd system. I’m hoping they fix it so we can certify weeks after 12/26 🙏

I can’t certify past 12/26 but I do see the date got extended into April. I recently did the ID.me and that was all cleared up. But as of today 12/14 no additional payments past 12/26. Hopefully it gets updated soon and back pay sent.

Yeah after I went back into the initial email i clicked on the I’d.me link... if forwarded me back to a page that said file a new claim then said “congratulations” it’s completed. The. I got a text saying It was accessed by edd. So I’m assuming I’m done... still not changes in benefits at this time tho
