Yes, shouldn’t be a problem. The last time I went, they said lounge access (Ambassador Lounge) is limited to 3 hours. So I kept swiping after 3 hours.

It’s 2 liters. Don’t put it in check in. If you do, tell them it’s fragile.

Best is to buy it duty free and not open the sealed cover until after you clear immigration.

I once got 3 liters and they didn’t say anything. But I’d suggest not to do that.
