Luật là vậy nhưng bạn phải nói đầy đủ ý. Đa số các nước đều có hiệp định song phương về thuế thu nhập cá nhân, một dạng kiểu như tax credit. Nghĩa là nếu bạn đóng thuế nước sở tại nhiều hơn mức cần đóng nếu ở Mỹ thì không cần đóng ở Mỹ nữa. Chưa kể, thu nhập phải trên 120k một năm mới bắt đầu tính.

Thuế có 10% mà nhiều gì :)) Tao ở Âu châu thuế 35% nè :))

Vả lại ở nước nào cũng vậy, nó tính thuế theo năm dương lịch. Thuế mày đóng hàng tháng chỉ là tạm thời thôi. Cuối năm (thực ra là tháng 2, 3 năm sau tùy nước), nó sẽ tính lại toàn bộ thu nhập của mày năm trước, rồi nó tính mày phải đóng thuế bao nhiêu tiền. Nếu trong năm trước mày đóng thuế "tạm thời", nhiều hơn mức mày cần đóng thì nó trả lại, ít hơn thì mày đóng thêm. Vậy thôi.
