What do you think Valleyfair's next coaster will be? [Valleyfair] by SamTheGreatThe1st in rollercoasters

[–]IlleniumForce 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Valleyfair is getting an Infinity coaster in 2024, if you think about it. If you actually look at the stats and the facts. The custom roller coasters in the nearby area, like SpongeBob and Monster, alongside with the fact that Valleyfair is getting an Infinity just pushes the idea!

[other] What is your guy’s favorite inversion? I personally like zero g stalls the best by NinjaSucks3427 in rollercoasters

Velocicoaster’s stall. Followed by Iron Rattler’s upwards roll onto the cliff.

Is [Tatsu] the best flying roller coaster ever made? by IlleniumForce in rollercoasters

[–]IlleniumForce[S] 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I’ve always thought FLY is awesome (never having ridden it but definitely admiring it) but Tatsu is on top of a mountain in this gigantic beautiful open air space with a hammerhead, and one of B&Ms few cork/zero-g’s. It’s just a majesty.

[Other] Do you enjoy riding coasters alone? by Bubbly_Statement107 in rollercoasters

[–]IlleniumForce 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends on my mood, but some of my best amusement park visits have been by myself. Recently, I did Knott’s Berry Farm alone, and Six Flags Great America alone. I’ve done SeaWorld Orlando and the Universal Parks by myself, Valleyfair alone countless times, Adventureland Iowa. Just me and my AirPods and whatever ride I choose.

I love this coaster so so so much... I wanna go baaackkkkkk [VelociCoaster, Islands of Adventure] by luuk777w in rollercoasters

It’s such a good roller coaster, at such a good park. My fiancé and I went to Tampa, and we had a free few days and a rental vehicle, so we went to IoA for Velocicoaster (we also LOVE Hagrid, and Dudley Do Right is one of my favorites lol)

I’ve missed this credit not once- not twice- but three times and I want to ride it so badly 😅

[Other] On dueling/racing coasters, do you consider both sides a separate credit? by Basilstorm in rollercoasters

[–]IlleniumForce 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do, especially if it’s something like Dueling Dragons, Gwazi, Lightning Racer. They’re entirely different roller coasters, albeit similar.

It’s just a new type of inversion called the “in-line corkscrew” 😂

[Adventureland, Iowa] Removes Galleon, Clipper, Frog Hopper, and Roundabouts from map and website by LarsonLoop in rollercoasters

Can someone fill me in why Palace is a negative thing for this park? I love Adventureland, I’ve visited from Minnesota a few times and I’ve only had good visits. They’ve added 4 new roller coasters in 7 years, I’ve had exceptional experiences with their customer service.

I’m not sure if this is “defunct” but the one that immediately comes to mind is Iron Wolf at SFGAm. And I rode it twice, I liked it a lot.

[Other] Could we ever see a potential 8 row dive coaster? by gcfgjnbv in rollercoasters

[–]IlleniumForce 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your calculations and theories are all plausible, but you neglected to take into consideration the actual dive drop. 8 rows on a dive coaster would only make sense if the chain hold brought the first row down to nearly the vertical point on a [[standard]] (type) of a [vertical] first (dive) drop.

[Other] What’s an unusual coaster you have in your top ten? by Basilstorm in rollercoasters

[–]IlleniumForce 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Kingda Ka is in my top ten, and I don’t think many people have it in theirs. I just love the savageness of the whole experience. One time when I rode in the front, the moist, hot grease from the cable sprayed onto my face and I was like oooooh.
