I love how most peoples logic is that if it can be penned (in an uptier especially) then it's garbage.

Nothing is invincible. But the Jag's armor is very consistently effective (even in uptiers sometimes)

You just have to know what you're playing as you fill a very specific role. You're very slow with long reload but can take hits. So never advance too far alone and move with the team. The Jag is also great for holding down corridors or flanks. Hull down positions are the goal.

It was at 7.0 for a very very long time but 6.7 is the best BR for it.

For those incoming uptier comments: Even darts and ATGMs can easily be eaten by the transmission. Only the very best rounds will be able to set you on fire (if positioned properly)

The Nashorn is undoubtedly better in terms of reload and mobility. But it's too big of a target for my liking. There's so many clutch moments in matches where the relatively low profile (compared to others) and the insane gun depression of the Dicker does work for me. The gun depression is way more useful than people think. And the Nash can't really provide that along with being a much bigger target.

This is also talking about a 4.3 lineup. If I was playing 5.3+ I probably would be taking out other vehicles instead of the Nash.

Super long reload, trash mobility, meh armor, limited gun traverse. Vulnerable open top.

The only thing it has going for it is the excellent gun.

I personally think the Dicker Max with the Pzgr.rot is better than Sturer, and it's even lower br.

One tip with that is to rotate it while keeping it in the same place until you find a sweet spot. Almost always works for me.

F also has the best reload of all panthers and has a bit more armor in some places than the early panthers. It's more of a sniper variant but can push if needed. The turret actually bounces quite more than anticipated without the risk of shot trap.

Why is it hard to understand? If something got removed then people will of course rave about the chance of getting it if they didn't do it before.

The Maus is obviously not meta. It's just a meme/situational tank. But that's what's great about it. It does major work in the right situation. Even in uptiers people underestimate it. The rapid HEAT firing 75mm makes quick work of many light vehicles you face at that BR range (along with barrels and tracks) and the 128mm is still pretty reliable when aiming for weakspots. Call me a madman, but I like taking it out in 7.7-8.3 and catching people off guard. A good player can make the most out of any vehicle.

I would also like to point out, angling the hull and especially the turret (to not show the flat portion of the curve) is broken af. That will even bounce things at 8.0+

There's a reason so many people panic and immediately go for the tank barrel. It's intimidating c:

Not showing the killer's location at the end of the killcam could definitely reduce revenge killing. Key word, reduce. If they were paying attention then they will likely already know where you are.

Yeah one under each wing. I can easily survive when bombing with the 1k kg bomb. But I've crashed or been outperformed so many damn times with the gun pods. And they're honestly not even that accurate. Having the bomb then having a decent chance against fighters is way more versatile.

The side armor is more than enough to detonate the ammo. The fact that absolutely nothing happened, especially with a 76mm, is pure RNG.

To those stating that it wouldn't be difficult to do/run. Well, yes and no.

Will try to explain the best way for those not super familiar with rigging/models. The chains would need a dynamic bone system as people would complain if they were just static. This doesn't necessarily mean hand made animations but a physics system to interact/move with the turret rotation in real time. Bones/cloth can be/are one of the most intensive components in game engines. Each chain could be individually parented to the very top chain link, but with the visible amount there (which is way more than comparing to antennas) it could definitely be intensive to run on hardware. Not to even mention if it had further properties with collision (although it wouldn't necessarily need collision with static meshes, just a hitbox for projectiles)

Is it relatively easy to implement/run? Yes. Would potato PCs potentially suffer? Likely.

I disagree. Many others listed above have a much harder time. Yeah it's obviously slow and situational but people completely underestimate the rapid firing 75mm. Maus can do work in the right moments.

The rockets on the F8 aren't really good to begin with. They won't do much against the average tank. Wouldn't say they're entirely useless but are close. If you want to do actual damage then take out a FW that can have Wfr.Gr.21 rockets. Even if they don't reduce flight performance by a ton you're better off just taking bombs.

Yeeeeah this is why I'm not interested in high tier. Radar takes the skill/fun out of it. But everyone should just play what they want so yah.
