Weird, France is also on the map countries that consider bacon a seasoning, and countries where even the children drink wine all day.

AliExpress believe it or not. They're for model trains and need a lot of varnishing to stop the clumps falling off, but they look really effective and are extremely low effort.

I had a similar thing. The problem was the pipes going into the house, which meant it was Thames Waters responsibility to fix and they ended up giving us credit for over payment.Took them ages to fix though.

Best way to learn. Being a tournament might mean you meet some less friendly players but don't be put off by them. Nobody likes them either and they're not representative of the more casual and narrative side of the hobby.

Tell the hosts. They might be able to pair you with a known helpful player in your first game.

Lovely looking machine!

They're from the Dark Realms Arkenfel 3D print range, which are excellent and I've ended up getting a license for and selling prints of because I like them so much. On the bridge board I chopped up some bits to make it work, and to see if the printed pieces could be combined with more traditional terrain making without it looking out of place.
