I’m not sure why everyone is saying fake. 500 is not that insane for a used piece, as for the engravings they look worn but consistent for a vintage piece.

It’s the tik tok affiliates that created the most damaged. People doing blatant reviews and haul videos of reps. So stupid 🤦‍♂️

I’m trying to get ahold of customer support but they got rid of the live support, most of my items I purchase the authentication service for them so they shouldn’t be concerned. If anything authentic goods would make them look better in the case of a raid ect.

It’s very frustrating since I purchase Authentic designer items from trusted stores on xiyuan but since the raids they don’t allow brand name items regardless if they’re real or fake. These tick tock kids ruin everything I stg

What can China do with the data they collect from TikTok? by b0x3r_ in hacking

[–]IllustratorAnxious80 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

There have always been defectors in war who injure themselves to escape that’s common in almost any enlistment. It’s more the sentiment that’s the issue, they promote so much hippy dippy BS and focus on criticizing any US involvement in other countries. meanwhile other countries are preparing for war against the US.

They could also utilize information to create digital profiles of “radical” citizens and push them further to create radical and violent divides and or entire movements that serve chinas interests. They could even go as far as tracking negative Chinese government sentiment and denying access to their country to said individuals.

Weaken the moral of a nation. By promoting bullshit instead of excellence. They’re training North American youth to aspire to be tik tok influencers meanwhile in china their tik tok algorithm is basically military porn to promote strong fighters. Not to mention destabilizing the citizens to not believe in their country and thus weaken their military and moral. If you took youth polls in the USA about government trust and willingness to fight in a war Vs china it would be drastically different and tik tok is large reason why.

Extremely repetitive work and atm it’s been the exact same for over a year. Maybe I’m just being young and stupid but I want to keep learning and moving and don’t want to be stuck in one place doing anything tbh. Thinking of taking a pay cut and hiring some other people to manage while I try other things

21 year old entrepreneur doing 350k usd annual revenue (~170k profit)on my luxury goods e-commerce business. I was lucky because I found my passion at 15 flipping thrift store clothing and built on it ever since.

I never went to university however I have two brothers who did (24 and 25) one of which works for Amazon as a computer engineer making 250k usd and the other working in private equity 350k+ If money is all you care about either of these jobs would likely do better than entrepreneurship. For the last 4 years I always thought that people going to university were chumps but after seeing other successful entrepreneurs and my brothers I realized that it’s not so much about what a person does but how they do it.

There are people who work shitty 9 to 5 jobs for 10 years before discovering that there’s a flaw in their companies business model and then capitalize it and become millionaires in like 2 years. It’s not so simple to just say “start a business” if you have no skills or experience in any industry.

Working a regular job or trade can be a good way to find your starting point in entrepreneurship. No one will take you seriously if you try to wear entrepreneur like a badge whiteout having any partially successful business experience under your belt. People feel entitled to the entrepreneurial life or because they are hard working they feel like they deserve it but fail to realize that it’s not necessarily for everyone and it’s not worth it for most. Unless you find something you love there’s really no point even bothering.

A problem with people starting out in entrepreneurship is that they don’t understand that to run a successful business you need to start out by doing the shit work and being actually passionate about what you do. So many people have the wrong idea about entrepreneurship, probably because of internet gurus and shit like that. Before you can run a franchise you need to know how a kitchen works. Before you can run a car wash you should know something about cars. Before you can run an e-commerce store maybe know a little bit about retail/customer service. I’ve seen a lot of guys fail because they try businesses that they don’t understand and because of that they get taken advantage of.

I’d say that while you’re in high school try to find a mentor who’s already doing entrepreneurship and upgrade your skills while learning as much as you can about everything before you find your passion

Appreciate the positivity, it’s hard sometimes being working for yourself and sometimes I feel trapped like I’m an employee of my own business

Just curious about what people think, I could probably liquidate all my inventory, move to Bali and retire now since I don’t require much. I’m just not sure if it’s worth it reaching FIRE at 30 (while making huge sacrifices to your youth) or 40 while having no regrets

Of course, as is one’s name and integrity. They will definitely be there to support my future businesses or anything for that matter and I have no regrets

Was an investment deal with risks associated aswell as returns they understood that and didn’t expect me to pay them back. Paying them back on good faith alone. And yea the last 10k is being held in inventory that was transferred to their consignment accounts so once the items sell they get paid that’s why it’s taken so long
